Shipping policy
Delivery within Poland
The Store currently fulfils orders only to addresses in Poland.
- Standard delivery: PLN 18.00.
- Standard delivery for orders of at least PLN 150.00: free.
The exact delivery cost is shown in the cart and before the order is placed. The stated dispatch time means the time needed to prepare the parcel and hand it over to the carrier on Business Days; it is not a guaranteed delivery time.
Delivery Address and Uncollected Parcels
The Customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@badnailz.com. Changing the address may not be possible after the parcel has been dispatched.
We will agree the method of re-shipping an uncollected parcel individually. This does not limit the Consumer's rights under applicable law.
Damage in Transit
If the parcel or Product was damaged in transit, take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us as soon as possible. A damage report may make the process with the carrier easier, but not having one does not deprive a Consumer of statutory rights.
